How long is the standard lease/tenancy agreement?

What happens if my property needs a repair?
Lubin Property Management provides 24/7 maintenance to handle any and all problems that may arise. Most of our maintenance crews have worked with us for over fifteen years. Maintenance costs are deducted from rental income each month. -
When will I receive my rental payment?
Owner disbursements are processed on the last business day of the month. When the last day of the month falls on a weekend or bank holiday, disbursements will be processed on the first business day immediately following month-end. -
Where is my rent payment sent to?
Your rent payments can either be mailed to you or directly deposited into an account of your choosing. -
How do you market rental properties?
We market properties through professional photography, online rental platforms, social media exposure, and local advertising to help attract qualified tenants quickly throughout the Memphis area, including Section 8 and voucher-qualified applicants when applicable. -
Do you work with Section 8 or Housing Choice Voucher tenants?
Yes. We have experience managing Section 8 and Housing Choice Voucher properties in the Memphis area.
