Meet The Team
Ryan Lubin
Founding Partner
Ryan, a native Memphian, has been in the property management business for more than a decade working with multi-family, single family, and commercial real estate portfolios in various cities. He has served as a leasing agent, maintenance supervisor, and property manager and was also a partner in a commercial construction business that specialized in HUD apartment renovations. Ryan’s responsibilities include overseeing the leasing, in addition to tenant and owner relations. He is currently a member of the Memphis Board of Realtors and is the Principal Broker for LPM.
Michael Pelts
Founding Partner
Michael, a native Memphian, has been in the financial services field for more than 25 years, working for or with many financial companies. His responsibilities include overseeing the back-office operations, maintenance, and marketing, in addition to property/investment analysis. He also assists with owner relations and serves as liaison for investor financing in conjunction with our sister company.
Erica Johnson
Collections Supervisor and Tenant Relations
Erica has been with LPM from the beginning stages, with a brief time working for another property management company. She oversees the collection process and acts as our agent in court for all FED’s.
Kristen Raper
In-House Maintenance Supervisor
Kristen joined our staff in 2012 as our maintenance supervisor. Kristen coordinates daily maintenance schedules with our service providers and helps supervise and manage our service providers in the field.
Jonathan Bishop
Outside Maintenance Supervisor
Jonathan has been with LPM for over 7 years and oversees the maintenance staff in the field. Jonathan leads with a long and deep understanding of how to maintain rental homes in all areas of the market.
Bethany Sims
Head Bookkeeper
Bethany has led the bookkeeping department for more than 7 years. She maintains office administration and all bookkeeping duties for LPM as well as all sister companies.
Angie Green
Leasing Supervisor
Angie is our newest addition to our family. Angie brings extensive experience to our community with over 20 years in the property management profession in just about all fields.
