How long is the standard lease/tenancy agreement?

Typical tenancy agreements are for 12-24 months, with two months’ notice required to vacate.

What happens if my property needs a repair?

Lubin Property Management provides 24/7 maintenance to handle any and all problems that may arise. Most of our maintenance crews have worked with us for over fifteen years. Maintenance costs are deducted from rental income each month.

When will I receive my rental payment?

Lubin Property Management processes owners’ checks twice a month, on the first business day after the 10th and the day after the last business day of each month. This practice provides owners with two days of disbursement per month for their investment income.

Where is my rent payment sent to?

Your rent payments can either be mailed to you or directly deposited into an account of your choosing.
